FAITH.be is the scientific consortium who is charged with the evaluation and support of the 12 integrated care projects. FAITH.be is a multidisciplinary team that consists of scientists affiliated to ULiège, VUB, UAntwerpen, UGent, KU Leuven and UCLouvain.

IQECAD
Mental and emotional well-being in children and adolescents with diabetes has an impact on diabetes management. The Strengths & Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) is one of the most widely used measures of mental health in children aged 4 to 17. It includes 25 items on psychological attributes and takes only 5 min to complete.
The Paediatric Diabetes Centres in which you or your child is being treated may have invited you to complete this questionnaire. The questionnaire can be completed several times, for example before each consultation with the physician to inform discussions, targets and interventions.
This questionnaire is the result of the collaboration between Sciensano and your Paediatric Diabetes Centers.
Belgian Pilot Spine Tango
The best way to measure treatment outcomes is by means of a standardized method. For this reason, the Spine Society of Belgium had developed questionnaires that enable objective and quantifiable measurement of pain, disability and quality of life.
